Pizza, ciabatta and focaccia with antipasti, tapas Italian style

This personalized cooking experience allow you to learn about the ingredients
and techniques involved in the preparation of genuine Italian pizza, bread and focaccia.

Skill level is of no consequence as the classes are small and we are there
to guide you from start to finish.

We welcome you with a caffe’ or cappuccino and sweet treat from different
regions of Italy.

Then hands on to prepare pizza and focaccia dough and toppings/tapas Italian style.

We taste few Italian delicacies, like our own bresaola beef prosciutto, a selection of organic sausages, bruschetta with NZ award winning Olive Oil and more with a glass of Italian wine

You fill your tray with your own pizza or bread to take home and enjoy with family and friends.

All ingredients are seasonal and mostly organic.
