Here at Al Dente we run Italian cooking classes tailored to the unique dietary and learning requirements of the participants.From the time you arrive at the villa you will feel as though you have been transported into the heart of Italy. These personalized cooking experiences allow you to learn about the ingredients and techniques involved in the preparation of genuine Italian cuisine.

Skill level is of no consequence as the classes are small and I am there to guide you from start to finish. At the end of the lesson you are able to sample your handiwork with a matching glass of Italian wine. All ingredients are handpicked, seasonal and largely organic.

Bring the art of Italy to your home.

• We help you to select the menu; you invite your friends to your home.
• We bring all the ingredients; you allow us to use your kitchen.
• We cook, prepare the table, serve the food and best of all, at the end your kitchen will be back to normal.
